Where are your products made?

All our skincare is made in an EU-certified facility in Latvia, following strict safety and quality standards.

Yes! We ship worldwide so healthcare workers everywhere can get the care they deserve.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:
EU: 4–7 business days
UK & USA: 7–10 business days
Rest of world: 10–15 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over €60 ship free, anywhere in the world.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Can I return a product?

Yes, if you're not happy, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and unused.

How do I start a return?

What if my item arrived damaged?

So sorry! Send us a photo and your order number, and we’ll replace it ASAP.

Can it help with cracked, painful skin?

Yes. Shield is designed for severely dry, overwashed hands and contains ingredients that soothe and support skin barrier repair.

How often should I use it for best results?

Use Shield after every hand wash or whenever your hands feel dry—consistency keeps the skin barrier strong.

Recharge – Natural Retinol-Alternative Oil Serum

What makes this different from retinol?

Recharge uses bakuchiol, a plant-based retinol alternative that offers anti-aging and skin-renewing benefits without irritation.

Can I use it with other skincare products?

Yes! It plays well with moisturizers, cleansers, and niacinamide—just avoid layering with strong acids.

When is the best time to apply it?

Use it at night on clean skin. Massage 2–3 drops in after cleansing and before moisturizing.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Recharge is non-irritating and perfect for sensitive or sensitized skin after long shifts or exposure to PPE.

Will it clog my pores or cause breakouts?

No. It’s non-comedogenic and made with lightweight, nourishing oils that absorb easily into tired, dry skin.

Is Hydro good under makeup or SPF?

Yes! Hydro has a smooth, lightweight gel texture that layers beautifully under makeup or sunscreen without pilling.

Can I use it morning and night?

Definitely. Hydro is gentle enough for twice-daily use and keeps skin hydrated through shifts and sleep.

Will it help with redness and irritation?

Yes. Niacinamide calms the skin, supports barrier repair, and helps reduce redness from masks or stress.

Is it oily or sticky?

Not at all. It sinks in quickly and leaves a smooth, hydrated finish—perfect for oily, combo, or acne-prone skin too.
